Today I’m grateful to have taken part in an inspiring, productive, not to mention FUN party to raise funds for the Komen Race for the Cure in support of my friend Kristen, who’s recently completed a year of treatment for breast cancer.

Thanks to the many, many generous contributions, we were able to raise more than $5,000 at today’s event, bringing the total raised to date by our Team to more than $22,000!!!

Special shout-out to Ashley for her stellar organization of the team and this fundraising event. Beyond impressive!

Our group, Team Hardcore, is the top fundraising team for the Boston Komen race. Team Hardcore kicks enormous amounts of ass. Our motivation to raise boatloads of money for this cause comes from our desire to be a great friend to a great friend, Kristen. We love her!
